The Easiest Way To Make Money Online, And How To Go About It

After about 5 years of earning my income full time on the Internet, there is no doubt in my mind that the easiest way to make money online is in publishing articles on a site, and earning money from Adsense advertising.

You may eventually make more money using other methods, but Adsense is a good place to start as it will boost your confidence when those first dollars start rolling in – and keep rolling in!

I also earn money online by selling other people’s products and receiving a commission on sales (see this free ebook), but I have found making a sale to be much harder than doing a little research, uploading an article, and waiting for visitors to click on the ads!

Of course, you will need visitors to your site pages, and that means you have to do some promotion for your site, but if you follow a few basic steps you will get those clicks – and clicks bring in the money, whether or not anyone buys anything from the advertiser…

Let me explain how I use this method to make money online, and I’ll do so in a few practical steps that should help you get started!

1. Look around you in the media and shops to see what people like to buy, say electronic appliances, clothes, sport equipment – basically anything that sells will do. Make a few notes on model names and numbers, brands etc. These are what people will use to search online when they want to find out more about the products.

2. Next you go to a keyword research tool such as Google’s Adwords Keyword Tool. By entering these products, model names or any related descriptive terms, you will get an idea of how many searches are done for these items, and also whether there are many related terms that refer to the same set of products. Many related terms mean lots of scope for articles, and lots of opportunity to rank in Google’s search results!

3. Let’s assume you decide on designer shoes as your product theme. Now you need to get a suitable domain name. I get them cheaply and easily at godaddy.com. A useful way to decide is to look for an available search term within your broader theme, but not too long, say www.get-designer-shoes.com.

4. With a little help from a web designer, or even using a free design program, you can have a basic template up on your new site in no time! Now it is time to start writing your articles!

5. Select three or four keyword variations on a product as the basis for each article. The keywords should comprise no more than 2% of the words in an article. Be sure to use your main keyword in the first and last paragraph. Also put a keyword or two in the title, as naturally as possible. And try to make the title as inviting as possible, because this will show up in the search results.

6. Once your new article has been uploaded to your site, you need to get it noticed! While there are lots of ways to get traffic to your site, one of the most effective and quickest is to publish reworked variations of some of your articles on article directories such as ezinearticles.com. These articles should have a link back to a related article on your own site to start bringing you traffic. Just be sure to rework and change your article thoroughly before submitting it to ezinearticles as they only accept unique work and not duplicates of articles already published elsewhere!

7. Now for the money! The last step in the process is to open an account with Google’s Adsense program. It is best to wait until your site is somewhat established with a number of articles and links back from article directories. Adsense will give you a set of code to put on your site pages. This code will ensure that ads relevant to your page content appear when visitors browse your site. Yes, and when they click on these ads, you earn money which accumulates in your Adsense account, and gets paid out to you on a monthly basis!

This is the easiest way to make money online consistently, month after month, that I know of!
